I was born in Gümüşhane in 1965 and I did my secondary education in Sarıyer Vehbi KOÇ Foundation. I completed the Faculty of Economics of Çukurova University in 1982-1986. In 1989, I served as a backup officer. I have worked at Gümüşhane Village Services, Köse Municipality and Tarsus Municipality respectively. I am married and have two children.
